Job Description
Are you skilled in taking accurate measurements and installing surveying equipment? We are currently seeking an Instrument Man to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate surveying equipment, such as levels, theodolites, and GPS receivers.
- Assist surveyors in conducting field surveys to determine precise locations, angles, elevations, points, and distances.
- Take measurements and record data using various surveying instruments.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of instrumentation.
- Ensure proper handling and care of surveying equipment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working as an Instrument Man preferred.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and drawings.
- Proficiency in using surveying software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
