Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent during the dayshift. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage and resolve customer issues by utilizing company resources
- Update customer information in the database
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability to work day shifts, including weekends
