Job Description
We are currently looking for a qualified and dedicated Company Nurse to join our team. As a Company Nurse, you will play a crucial role in promoting employee well-being and ensuring a healthy and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate medical assistance to employees in case of injuries, accidents, or health-related issues.
- Administer first aid treatments and prescribe necessary medications.
- Conduct health assessments and screenings for new employees.
- Maintain employee medical records and ensure confidentiality.
- Organize and conduct health and safety training programs.
- Collaborate with external healthcare providers to arrange medical examinations and vaccinations.
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license and minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and handle emergency situations.
