Job Description
QUALIFICATION
- Male / Female
- Preferably a graduate of any business course
- Previous experience in a large distributor company or fast moving consumer goods company.
- Has an experience in FMCG Industry is an advantage.
- With at least 5 years work experience in distributor management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer literate, knowledgeable in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
- With Driver’s License.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Deliver revenue targets per distributor.
- Increase coverage and buying accounts.
- In-store execution for LKA, Placement of MSS.
- Handle Retail Accounts, serving as the link between the company and customers
- Activations in-store, Total Sales, Total Revenue and follow through Accounts Receivable.
- Merchandisers effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve company sales goals.
