Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets and strategies, and providing guidance and support to your team to achieve company goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs
- Identify market trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and provide insights for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Team Lead or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
