As a Hotel Reservation Specialist at Modiv Group, you will play a key role in assisting guests with their hotel bookings, ensuring accuracy of reservations, and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Assisting guests in selecting the best accommodations based on their needs and preferences
- Processing reservations accurately and efficiently in accordance with hotel policies
- Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Resolving any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
