Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop digital and print educational material
- Organize classroom-style seminars about product features and sales techniques
- Conduct role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills
- Identify individual and team skills gaps
- Schedule regular training sessions
- Liaise with managers and encourage on-the-job coaching
- Coordinate mentorship programs for new agents
- Assess the impact of each educational course on staff performance and client satisfaction
- Maintain updated records of training curricula and material
- Train new employees effectively
- Conduct fortnightly tests to gauge knowledge (For all agents)
- Assist agents’ traits such as confidence & independence
- Upskill agents
- Updating knowledge base with new updates
- Develop digital and print educational material (including e-learning courses)
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of studies
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms
- Certification from talent and training associations is a plus
- Two (2) years’ previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
- Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
- Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/sales goals
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
- Motivates team and staff; able to mentor and lead
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php30,00.00 per month
