Job Description
- Ensure that daily/weekly turned-over folder from CCDC are completely scanned prior to turn-over to respective payment source/scheme.
- Scan documents for all Account Management Dept. such as TCT, DOAS, CTS and other important documents.
- Filing, archiving & organizing folders/documents.
- Assist LPD team regarding buyer compliance if necessary.
- Buyer’s call-outs / sending compliances through email.
- Liaise to various banks to deliver/pick up documents if required delivery of necessary documents for takeout.
- Archive/maintain custody of buyer’s folder (taken-out & canceled accounts).
- Tag submitted documents on NOAH if necessary.
