ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervising auditors and ensuring they comply with company standards.
- Overseeing all aspects of an audit, including planning, conducting interviews, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
- Preparing detailed reports, summarizing findings, and recommending corrective action.
- Collecting and analyzing data to detect deficiencies, fraud, or non-compliance.
- Reporting asset utilization and audit results to management and recommending operational and financial changes.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of BSBA/Management Accounting/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an Audit Supervisor.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel and start immediately.
