Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a key role in the hiring process by supporting our recruitment team in finding and attracting top talent.
Your responsibilities will include assisting in creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules. You will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases and ensuring efficient communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational and multitasking skills. You must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred but not required.
