Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Business Development Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and implementing strategies to drive company growth.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities;
- Building and maintaining a network of contacts to generate potential leads and partnerships;
- Developing and presenting business proposals to clients;
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business strategies;
- Monitoring market conditions and adjusting business plans accordingly to stay competitive.
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.
