Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of HR activities to support our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administering employee benefits and maintaining employee records.
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Assisting in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
