Job Description
M Bakery PH also known as Magnolia Bakery originated in New York City is a World Renowned Bakery Famous for Classic American Baked Goods and Desserts is actively in search for a Counter Staff to join our Team located at the heart of BGC in Taguig, Metro Manila.
Principal Duties:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling counter transactions in a fast, efficient and friendly manner
- Communicate clearly with each customer in a friendly and courteous way
- Participate in team service to ensure each customer is served quickly
- Resolve customer problems with a sense of urgency
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Follows policies and procedures
- Maintains food safety standards, including identifying and eliminating health code violations and safety hazards
- Outgoing, friendly personality
- Works well with a diverse team and treats people with respect
