Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and result-oriented Accounting and Finance Manager to join our team. As an Accounting and Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the financial operations of the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to the senior management team.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Developing and implementing effective financial strategies and processes.
- Leading a team of finance professionals and providing guidance and support.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of financial software and systems are also required for this position.
