Job Description
- Create innovative and diverse menus for banquet events.
- Ensure that menus are tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all banquet dishes, maintaining the highest standards of taste, quality, and visual appeal.
- Monitor portion control and waste management to maximize efficiency.

- Implement and maintain rigorous hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with event planners and catering managers to understand client requirements and preferences.
- Ensure seamless execution of banquet services, adhering to timelines and service standards.
