Job Description
- Support the accounting manager and accounting staffs on the daily operations and accounting functions.
- In-charge in calculating, posting of General Ledger System and verification if financial data.
- Checks and validate Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliations on selected Company’s Branch Offices.
- Prepares requirements needed in compliance with IFRS17.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing of books of accounts.
- Prepares various requirements/compliance reports: Audit, BIR, Insurance Commission.
- Maintaining accounting and statistical records.
- Maintains the integrity of accounting records and ensuring that staffs comply with the accounting policies and procedures.
- Reports to the Accounting Manager.
