Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field
- At least 1 year experience in equivalent field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Relevant internal control or risk management experience
- Exceptional research, planning, problem-solving, critical thinking, and math skills
- Excellent presentation, collaboration, and verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, especially software and MS Office
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, and documentation
- Identifies, investigates, reconciles, and corrects records using available resources
- Reviews stock aging, item categories, and branch classification as needed
- Ensures complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported
- Recommends improvements to the internal control system
- Conducts audit follow-ups
- Records, reviews, and interprets data to determine the effectiveness of operations
- Researches discrepancies, operational problems, or other issues
- Examines records, reports, receipts, or other documents and compares them to company assets and liabilities
- Brings company strengths and weaknesses to the attention of management and provides advice as they develop responses or fixes for these issues
- Generates reports and presents findings to management or other interested parties
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results
