Job Description
Work Set-up:
First 2 weeks onsite for onboarding/training and then transition to remote/work-from-home.
Location:
19th Floor, CyberOne, Eastwood Ave, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, 1800 Metro Manila
Shift:
Nightshift (Eastern Timezone)
Job Type:
Fulltime
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing schedules
- Responding to emails
- Helping with calendar
- Travel assistance
- Other miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience as an administrative assistant
- Experience supporting US clients is required
- Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal English
Pay:
Php40,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
