Job Description
- Interacts with customers, take orders for drinks, food, and snacks.
- Promptly attends to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensures that customers’ orders are properly taken and delivered.
- Ensures that unoccupied tables are always set and ready for customers.
- Pulls out chairs for customers as they arrive.
- Responsible for cleaning the restaurant facility at all times.
- Ensures that toiletries and supplies don’t run out of stock.
- Handles customer complaints.
- Handles any other duty as assigned by the Chief Chef/Restaurant manager.
- Responsible for training staff and ensuring quality control.
- Purchases supplies.
- Handles ledgers and records sales and expenses.
