Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Virtual Executive Assistant / Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team while also assisting with sales activities.
As a Virtual Executive Assistant, your duties will include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and other documents. Additionally, you will assist in sales activities such as lead generation, customer follow-ups, and maintaining customer databases.
To excel in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also have strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and experience in customer relationship management software is a plus.
