Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Regional Head for Private Sector Development. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our private sector development initiatives across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote private sector growth and innovation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and private businesses
- Identify investment opportunities and facilitate partnerships between public and private sectors
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in the implementation of private sector development programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, and make recommendations for improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in private sector development, preferably in a regional or multinational organization
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful private sector development programs
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
