Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Preventive Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all preventive maintenance activities within the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and machinery.
- Monitor and evaluate maintenance activities to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians to schedule and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment histories and maintenance schedules.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
