Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers on the phone or in writing to address concerns
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without transferring the caller
- Match customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services
- Use negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in
- Communicate specific information to internal and external clients, and share knowledge with colleagues
