Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact, if possible, without transferring the caller.
- Match customers’ demands with clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customers’ buy-in.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients and contribute knowledge to colleagues.
