Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Investment and Development Director (Fil-Chinese) to join our team. As the Investment and Development Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s investment projects and development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risks
- Identifying new investment opportunities and conducting due diligence
- Building and maintaining relationships with investors, stakeholders, and government agencies
- Preparing and presenting investment proposals and reports
- Overseeing the execution and monitoring of investment projects
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Chinese languages
- Proven track record in investment management and business development
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions
