Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our IT department. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects within our organization’s IT portfolio. Your main goal will be to ensure the successful delivery of key IT initiatives, by effectively coordinating and providing leadership to cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities will include planning and organizing projects, defining project objectives and scope, allocating resources, and monitoring progress. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop project strategies, manage risks, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in IT project management, with a deep understanding of technology infrastructure and applications. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with various teams and stakeholders, including developers, technicians, and executives.
Key qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects
