Job Description
Handles salespeople in the assigned area, including the team’s daily operation.
Monitors sales to achieve given target as well as the Monthly Sales Output of each area controllers.
Checks the Account Grid Activities submitted by Area Controllers, and report to regional manager on total area performance.
Checks the daily activities of the handled area controller and salesman’s performance.
Ensures the Yamaha Sell-out competency in the area to other competitors.
Addresses concerns from the area controller and relay to the regional head.
Monitors area controller performance for submission of daily reports.
