Job Description
Financial
Safeguarding the glassware and other bar equipment with care to minimize breakage and/or replacement.
Mixing all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company’s standard operating procedures to keep drink costs at a minimum.
Process – Operational Excellence
Requesting and stocking all supplies (i.e., liquors, fruits, and grocery items needed in the operation).
Storing and handling all kinds of non/alcoholic beverages.
Ensuring orderly stocking of bar glasses and maintaining adequate stock inventories.
Reporting and monitoring daily beverage per stock control and monthly beverage inventory to the Kitchen Manager.
Operating and maintaining bar equipment as instructed.
Implementing food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures.
Reporting any injury or incident as soon as possible to the Immediate Superior so appropriate actions can be taken.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for team members, guests, visitors, and employees in accordance with policies and procedures.
Abiding by Company Policies, Rules and Regulations on Discipline, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, Quality Schemes, Safety, and other related Company Policies being implemented.
Customer
Making sure that guests’ requests are met in terms of preparing or mixing non/alcoholic drinks to ensure guests’ satisfaction.
Consistently delivering a high level of customer service and maintaining a clean environment for all guests.
People
Attending shift briefings when and where required.
Communicating courteously with internal and external customers.
Providing feedback to the Immediate Superior regarding Back of House (BOH) concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Completed at least 2nd year in College.
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food & Beverages Services Management, Hospitality, or equivalent.
