Job Description
Responsibilities
- Respond to existing clients and prospective client’s inquiries
- Provide troubleshooting assistance to clients
- Coordinate installation schedule with clients and technical team
- Contact clients regarding their account status
- Provide online support for the sales and technical team during installation
- Manage sales tracking reports and keep records up to date
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure the sales team is on board
- Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and experience
