Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call or contact whenever possible, without transferring the caller.
- Match customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customers’ buy-in.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients, as well as colleagues.
