Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to meet our company’s staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications and conduct interviews to ensure the right fit for the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and understand the requirements of each role.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
