Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities within our organization. Your main duties will include supervising a team of maintenance technicians, planning and scheduling maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in optimal working condition.
You will be in charge of identifying and resolving technical issues, conducting regular inspections, and implementing preventive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling maintenance budgets, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in maintenance operations, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of equipment maintenance principles. The ability to communicate effectively and prioritize tasks is crucial. In addition, experience in managing maintenance projects and working with cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
