Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the arrangement of the overall daily work of the warehouse, and reasonable deployment of warehouse personnel.
• Optimize the warehouse in-out process and improve the delivery timeliness; assist in the processing of abnormal orders.
• Control the timely rate, accuracy rate, after-sales processing, and other issues of delivery.
• Responsible for supervising and correcting the work of warehouse members, ensuring the timely warehousing of goods, and arranging timely delivery of goods according to the order.
• Handle the internal affairs of the warehouse and coordinate with other departments.
• According to the daily warehouse receipt and delivery work, regularly summarize the main situation of the warehouse and the methods to be improved, be responsible for the 5S knowledge training of warehouse personnel, and improve the overall service quality of the warehouse team.
• Ensures that all targets and KPIs are achieved or surpassed.
• Motivates the team to contribute quantitatively and qualitatively to station targets and KPIs.
• Assisting the importation manager in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Scheduling transportation services, allocating trucks, and planning routes.

Requirements:

• A graduate of Industrial Engineering or related courses for warehouse management, supply chain, and operation management or any Business course.
• With knowledge of engineering and construction materials and inventory.
• SAP system oriented.
• Strong skills in Problem Solving, Strategic Planning, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, and Management Skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willing to work in South Caloocan City.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month

Schedule: 8-hour shift.

Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary.
