Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager who can take our guest experience and sales to the next level. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing profit and loss statements, developing financial store budgets, and managing labor and food costs to improve restaurant operations and maximize resource utilization.
Your role will involve mentoring and coaching Assistant Restaurant Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members, setting objectives and measurable goals for your team, evaluating performances, and promoting teamwork and harmonious working relations.
Applicants should have at least 5 years of management experience in Casual Dining Restaurants, a bachelor’s degree, and a proactive, customer service-oriented attitude. If you meet these qualifications, you are the perfect candidate!
