Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Human Resource Associate – General Affairs. As a part of our dynamic HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various HR activities related to general affairs.
In this position, your responsibilities will include managing employee data, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, conducting orientation programs, and providing support in employee welfare activities. You will also be involved in coordinating training programs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in human resources, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. You should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is also required.
