Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to join our team as a Liaison/Messenger Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating effective communication and ensuring smooth coordination between our clients, partners, and internal departments.
As a Liaison/Messenger Officer, your main duties will include delivering important documents, packages, or messages to various stakeholders, both within and outside the organization. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all communication and ensuring timely and proper delivery.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently, handle confidential information with integrity, and be proficient in using various communication tools, including email and telephone.
