Job Description
• Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing workers. They may also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. Human resources managers plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources / Psychology or related field.
- Proven experience as a human resources/administrative position.
- With at least 1-year experience in the same field.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Ability to form a working relationship with people at all levels.
- Goal/Result oriented.
- Can work under pressure.
- Can work multi-tasking.
- Can work under minimum supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
