Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Call Center Agent/Technical Support Representative. As a Call Center Agent/Technical Support Rep, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer complaints or concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing incoming calls from customers
- Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues
- Providing timely and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries
- Documenting and tracking customer interactions in the system
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Technical knowledge and familiarity with computer systems
- Previous call center or technical support experience is a plus
