Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our organization’s staffing needs.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to attract top talent.
As a key member of our HR team, you will also be responsible for conducting interviews, assessing candidates’ skills and qualifications, and coordinating the interview process. You will provide recommendations to hiring managers, negotiate job offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
