Job Description
Are you a problem-solver with excellent communication skills? We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents / Technical Support Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient customer support, resolving technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers experiencing computer-related issues.
- Identifying and escalating more complex technical problems to the appropriate department.
- Resolving customer complaints and maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
