Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Admin Lead in Procurement and Vendor Management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks related to procurement and vendor management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline the procurement process, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
- Monitor and track vendor performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procurement transactions and contracts.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or vendor management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
