Job Description
A Liaison Officer plays a crucial role in facilitating effective communication and coordination between different parties or organizations. The main responsibility of a Liaison Officer is to act as a bridge between groups, departments, or external organizations to ensure smooth operations and collaboration. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and identify areas of improvement in cross-functional communication
- Create and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, events, and workshops to promote collaboration and information sharing
- Facilitate the exchange of information and documents between parties
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in a liaison or similar role
