Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist experienced in conducting phone interviews to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist with a focus on phone interviews, you will play a crucial role in identifying and assessing potential candidates for various job positions within our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Assessing candidates’ communication skills, professional experience, and job fit
- Documenting candidate information accurately for further evaluation
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements
- Conducting telefon interviews with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Providing feedback to candidates regarding their interview performance
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to make well-informed decisions. Additionally, previous experience in recruitment, knowledge of candidate screening techniques, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems are highly desirable.
