Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Industrial Relations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships between the organization and its employees.
As an HR Industrial Relations Specialist, your main duties will include:
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee relations
- Handling employee grievances and conflicts
- Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
- Coordinating with labor unions and representing the organization in collective bargaining negotiations
- Providing guidance and support to management on employee relations matters
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong understanding of labor laws and industrial relations practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
