Job Description
Enderun Colleges is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team.
Essential Functions
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in conducting internal audits and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 4 years working experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting processes.
- Solid working knowledge of Google space functions (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Forms).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with relevant tax regulations and compliance.
