Job Description
Provides basic and comprehensive nursing care to Cancer patients based on National Nursing Standards and the HCCH-approved nursing process.
Plans, implements, and evaluates care plans in collaboration with the patient, the significant others, and the whole healthcare team.
Provides health teaching relevant to nursing care.
Maintains accurate and complete documentation of nursing care.
Ensures confidentiality of care and provides relevant information to the healthcare team.
