Job Description
The HR Recruitment and Employee Relations specialist shall be in charge of helping out in sourcing and screening applicants. The position shall also be in charge of doing Employee Counselling and helping in compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or similar disciplines
- At least 4 years of experience in recruitment
- Has attention to details
- Well versed in Microsoft applications
- Willing to work on weekends
- Willing to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
