Job Description
We are urgently looking for a Merchandiser to be assigned at Bigsave Florida. As a Merchandiser, your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of stocks and display area, monitoring inventory for replenishment and reporting any discrepancies, reporting losses and damages within the store premises, receiving and checking deliveries, and complying with store and company policies.
Minimum qualifications for this position include being at least a Senior High School level or above, or a vocational graduate. Familiarity or knowledge in merchandising, refilling, or planogram is a plus, but not a requirement. Previous work experience in any Marketing Services Agency is preferred but not necessary. Basic knowledge in mobile and computer applications is an advantage. You should have the ability to listen and respond to instructions quickly, along with personality traits such as patience, respectfulness, diligence, and responsibility. You must be willing to accept extended duty when necessary, undergo the INTRO process and meet the requirements set by the account/store, and be trainable for any branch or account within your area of responsibility.
For the initial interview, please bring the following pre-employment requirements: Resume or Biodata with Photo, photocopy of SS/Philhealth and HDMF ID or document reflecting their valid numbers, and birth certificate and/or marriage contract (clear photocopy only). Additional requirements will be submitted upon deployment, including a photocopy of Barangay Clearance, Police Clearance, or NBI.
