Job Description
As a Logistics Coordinator at TCL SUN INC, you will be responsible for delivering results based on company targets. You will ensure to check and approve the Purchase Order (PO) up to POD encoding, and work towards securing stocks, deliveries, and POD on a daily basis.
- Purchase Order (PO) Approval
- Monitoring of Purchase Order (PO), Sales Order (SO), and Inventory
- DR process and delivery monitoring
- Encoding POD in SAP System with proper coordination with Finance Department
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by upper management
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation/Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent problem resolution, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment is advantageous
- Willingness to be assigned in Ermita, Manila
- Immediate availability preferred
