Job Description
As a Field Collection Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of field collectors in our organization. Your role will involve supervising and coordinating field collection activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and achieving collection targets.
You will be required to train and mentor field collectors, provide guidance and support in resolving collection issues, and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for effectively managing the team, resolving customer disputes, and maintaining a positive working relationship with clients.
Your primary objective will be to ensure timely and successful collection of outstanding payments and debts. This will involve monitoring collection activities, analyzing data, and providing regular reports to management on progress and performance.
